Welcome to Hannah Marie.!

I am an artist + author. I create stories through paint and pen! Find ART, DECOR, GIFTS and more by clicking in the menu!

I am author of Mama (2017), Solivagant (2024), and Reserved (2024). You can find links to these and upcoming projects here on my website. My goal is to keep writing AND illustrating my own books.

One of my favorite pastimes is travel, so I’ll be building a travel collection soon, starting in February 2025.

Inspiration

My grandad was my first inspiration, who followed works by Bob Ross and Norman Rockwell. I pursue everyday images of community and attempt to capture small, unique moments with paint.

Techniques

I work with acrylic and watercolor, emphasizing the last layer in ink. When I’m using acrylic, I create an impasto technique with palette knives and show motion in my lines and long strokes.
